Making our trapping robots

Last day of term. We made our 'pest trapping robots' today. Most of them don't look anything like our plan, but some do!

Today we learned about the Fantail, one of our beautiful little birds.

We read some stories!

We hosted two very special visitors today: Jackie and Isla.

We loved having you in Room 1. We hope you enjoyed your morning!

 We made fantail puppets and we wrote fantail stories!

 

We are thinking of making something that is able to find and catch all those nasty pests and predators that endanger the lives of these beautiful birds.

 We then made some tracking tunnels to see what little creatures live in the bushes behind Room 1.
